Pro Freelance Blogger is a blog about freelancing and blogging, touching on the combination of both when it comes to working and making a living online. The blog is for freelancers and bloggers alike, whether you’re new to the world of freelancing and blogging or an experienced hand at both.

The blog will share personal freelancing experiences and thoughts as well as news, tips and advice gathered from other freelancers around the web.

I won’t lie to you. The blog isn’t about making money online, it’s not about the next great way to earn cash as a blogger or how to blog your way to a million dollars. It is about sharing thoughts and experiences on the world blogging and working for yourself and how those two paths often intertwine.

About The Author

My name is Ken McGuire, I’m a web and graphic designer, working for myself in Ireland since 2005. I established my own business in 2005 and have since gone on to create three further organisations in the world of music and theatre that work heavily in the online world and rely on the power of blogging to develop audiences for works offered.

I’m a serial blogger and a regular podcaster, writing across blogs in double figures week in, week out while also releasing two music-oriented podcasts a week through PlaylistMix.com and SoundSystemPodcast.com.

When there’s more time in the day, I also continue working freelance as a designer providing blog development and consultancy services (one to one sessions, training courses).
